The time has come folks! The chipin is now ended and the scholarship has begun! We raised $300 April 1-15 for someone else’s surgery fund. Submissions for the Save Charlie Bracelets Scholarship are open from April 16th, 2012 to June 1, 2012 and the recipient will be selected on June 14, 2012. In order to apply, you must have had surgery or will be having surgery between the dates of January 1, 2012 and January 1, 2013.

So, who gets it? 
We’re looking for someone who is unique in their fundraising for surgery. Here are some tips that have helped us greatly: Observe the obvious. Network. Professionalism. Patience.

We’re also looking for someone who is a positive role model for their communities. Use your common sense.

Email savecharliebracelets@gmail.com in 500 words or less telling us briefly about yourself and your fundraising efforts. Also tell us what you have done/what you’re involved in as a positive role model in your communities (can be intersecting identities). 

All transactions will be done via PayPal, no exceptions.
